Can Janna, Savior’s play effect heal your units with no enemy unit present?
Yes. Errata changed it to move “up to one” enemy unit.
Explanation & source
A triggered ability can’t go on the chain unless all required targets can be chosen, so the “up to” wording lets it heal without an enemy there.
