Riot FAQ · 2026-08-14
If Dragon Form is played on a unit with -1 Might from Stupefy, does Fiora, Grand Duelist trigger?
No. The unit is 4 Might as soon as Dragon Form applies.
Explanation & source
Layers are evaluated together: base Might is set, then Stupefy’s -1 applies, with no moment at 5 Might.
