Riot FAQ · 2026-08-14
What happens if an opponent plays Flash on Akali, Silent in combat after you play Star-Crossed on her?
Akali is unaffected by Star-Crossed when it resolves.
Explanation & source
Outside combat she can’t be chosen by enemy spells and abilities. If she becomes untargetable after being chosen and still is on resolution, the effect mistargets her and instructions that choose only her are ignored.

If Elder Dragon targets your units at two battlefields and you Flash them to base, are they dealt damage?
No.
Explanation & source
Elder Dragon has a separate targeting restriction for each location. Units moved elsewhere no longer meet theirs and are unaffected.

If Flash moves two of Alpha Strike’s targeted units to base, can the opponent then counter Alpha Strike with Repulse?
No, unless both of those units have left the board for a non-board zone.
Explanation & source
A spell keeps choosing its targets while they remain on the board, even if they stop meeting its restrictions. Repulse counts those targets.
