Yone, Blademaster /

WithReckoner's Arena

If you hold Reckoner’s Arena with Yone, Blademaster there, does Yone’s conquer ability trigger?

No.

Reckoner’s Arena lets conquer abilities see a conquer event, but each still checks its other conditions. The battlefield was not previously uncontrolled, so Yone doesn’t trigger. No actual conquer happens.
