Can you pay Dragon Roost’s cost to play Perched Grimwyrm there if you haven’t conquered Dragon Roost this turn?
No, even if you conquered another battlefield this turn.
Explanation & source
Perched Grimwyrm’s restriction beats Dragon Roost’s permission. If no legal location remains, the play is undone. Baron Nashor differs because his ability is a replacement effect.
