What does “this battlefield” mean on Iascylla and on Azir, Sovereign?

Iascylla’s delayed trigger refers to the battlefield she held. Azir, Sovereign’s attack trigger refers to the battlefield where he is located when it resolves. Iascylla’s delayed trigger uses information from her hold trigger condition, so it is locked in when she triggers. Azir’s trigger condition carries no battlefield information, so it checks on resolution; if he is not at a battlefield then, instructions about that battlefield are ignored.

If a Sand Soldier copying Azir, Ascendant with Shady Spectacles uses the copied ability, then Shady Spectacles is detached and reattached to copy Azir again, can it use the ability again?

Yes. Each copied instance of the ability is a new ability. The unit stays the same object, so temporary modifications remain, but the copied rules text is a new instance.

Do Arise! and Rell, Magnetic use reflexive triggers?

Yes. Both received errata to “then do this:” wording, so readying the tokens (Arise!) and attaching the Equipment (Rell) happen as a separate chain item. Reflexive triggers create new chain items for things that happen after the rest of a spell or ability.
