What happens if an opponent plays Flash on Akali, Silent in combat after you play Star-Crossed on her?
Akali is unaffected by Star-Crossed when it resolves. Outside combat she can’t be chosen by enemy spells and abilities. If she becomes untargetable after being chosen and still is on resolution, the effect mistargets her and instructions that choose only her are ignored.

If Hidden Blade kills Akali, Deadly Weapon in response to her move trigger, does the trigger still deal damage?
Yes. “Battlefield I moved to or from” comes from her trigger condition, so it was locked in when she triggered and remains available after she leaves the board.
